Orders are shipped out every Tuesday and Thursday between 9:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m MST. You will receive an email when your products have been shipped.
Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of your package. Please be aware that weather, shipping holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect billing/shipping information may delay the shipment of your order.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are currently handled on a case-by-case basis. We want you all to love your Outlaw gear. If you do have an issue with a product, please email us at events@theoutlawpartners.com if you have any questions or concerns.
Returns and exchanges are currently handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may come into our retail store at 11 Lone Peak Drive in Big Sky, Montana. Please bring the invoice/packing slip that came with your order and original form of payment (credit/debit card) if available and you will receive the refund on the original card.
IN-STORE PICKUP
During checkout, you may select free in-store pick up. Customers can come into the store to pick up your order before the event.
The card will be authorized at the time of purchase, but the charge will not go through until the item is picked up and the transaction is complete.
Once you receive your “Your Order Is Ready for Pickup” email, you can either come in on Tuesday or Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST. If you are unable to pick up your order within the allotted week window, please contact the store at events@theoutlawpartners.com.
